A great room evidence of its luxurious expansiveness.

Amenities

The kitchen features a six-burner stove, double oven, gas stove, grill, warmer oven drawer, and granite counters. There are three Mediterranean style limestone fireplace mantels which can be seen throughout the villa. An 18^th century French style fireplace mantel can be seen in the center of the open space living room. The firebox, is cladded with herringbone pattern reclaimed terracotta tiles.

On the left of the fireplace a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean where Catalina Island could be seen in the distance.

A spacious Mediterranean style bedroom that many desires and very few lucky individuals acquire. Huge glass windows providing plenty of natural light enhancing the design of the reclaimed French style limestone fireplace mantel.

One of the guest powder room is luxuriously fitted with reclaimed Carrara marble flooring and a nicely carved acanthus leaves marble sink. The other powder room has a rougher finished to it; it is fitted with dalle de Bourgogne flooring and a rustic half egged shape Grecian limestone sink.

Elsewhere, the home features a bar, outdoor limestone barbecue, cabana, balconies, a terracotta paver deck, mature garden.

To the side, you will find an exquisite swimming pool with a reclaimed terracotta pool coping.
